2) How has Shero Publishing helped you to Unleash Your Inner Shero?
I contemplated for years in writing a book and did not know how to get started. Working with Shero Publishing and their team, gave me the courage to step out and share a portion of my life’s story and to work on producing other books as time permits.
3) Tell us about your book and how it’s helping your passive profits?
The name of the book is Love Chronicles: Love Manifesting In All Forms, From His & Her Perspective. It’s a book of 13 Best Selling Co-Authors sharing their journeys and battles to win love, sustain love, grow healthy love and mend from loves lost. My story starts on page 89 of this Best Seller and its titled, The Age of 19? It depicts my life growing up as the oldest child in circumstances such as alcohol, drugs, mental abuse, physical abuse and sexual abuse. It shares my experiences within and outside of my home. How leaving at the age of 19 was my escape but in reality it was the beginning of my life and journey to a place that would follow and develop me for the rest of my life. From welfare to Jesus, a walk to remember and a story waiting to be told.
When I started out, I sold over 40 books immediately during the prelaunch. I also received a request to come on a radio show to talk about my book. Profiting from this book was definitely worth it and I had a few people come back to me to express their thoughts about my story and share their stories as well.
4) What encouragement do you have for other authors who want to write a book?
I would begin by saying, know that you know that you are ready to write a book. Pray about it and don’t be afraid to tell your story. It can actually change a life, uplift someone’s spirit and encourage them to continue moving forward in their lives and may be one day share their story.
