The (im)Perfect Blend, a powerful book for parents who find themselves- amicably or otherwise- in blended/adoptive/foster family experiences. The (im)Perfect Blend will share the highs and lows of fifteen courageous families through an easy-to-follow Q&A format. We encourage ALL adults within the blends & non-traditional units to be included in each family’s chapter so that readers get a holistic view of what it takes to make the blend work.

Parents will share their journey experiences to educate, empower and bring awareness to the fact that blended families can be functional and rewarding for all involved. This project is about equipping others with the tools necessary to make the sometimes tough choices that allow and invite happiness into what society still deems “non-traditional…” In an industry void of such projects, this book will become an excellent resource for families, friends, church ministries, and community outreach programs who desire to support blended families.
